Take 10 at your desk to stretch and breathe...

With so many of us now working from home it can be harder to take time out from what we’re doing. You might find you’re sitting for longer periods of time than you do in your usual workplace.

Below are a series of simple, but effective stretches to help work into the shoulders and hips. These can easily be done at your work station, whether that’s a desk. table or maybe even an armchair or sofa - though I wouldn’t recommend sitting on one of those all day.

To help you take regular breaks away from your desk to stretch and breathe, you could try scheduling short 10 minute breaks throughout your day.
