Breath awareness aids concentration and is known to create a sharper mind, increase productivity and aid health and happiness.  

Building a regular yoga practice can enable us to apply the tools we learn on our mats, throughout our daily lives, which in turn can make our workplace a happier, healthier environment to be in.

How it works

• We come to your office each week or set up a regular online class

• Classes will be tailored to your needs

• Prices vary, depending on requirements, but a class could start from as little as £10 per person (pricing is dependent on duration and number of people attending a class)

• People will walk away from their practice feeling refreshed, energised and calm
