Baby and Me Yoga

A gentle flow class for you and baby to enjoy together. It combines movement with breathwork to help you build strength in body and mind.

Mums welcome from 8 weeks and babies welcome up to 9 months or when crawling.

This class will provide a lovely way to bond with baby and other mums in the local area.

Every Monday 10am

Candle lit Yin

A nourishing and nurturing practice that mostly works on the lower part of the body, hips, pelvis, lower spine and inner thighs.

It aims to release connective tissue throughout the body. My husband refers to it as ‘sleeping yoga’.

Please note all candles are battery operated.

Every Monday 7.30pm

Teen Movement & Mindfulness

A class to focus on movement, meditation and breathwork to help teenagers quieten their busy minds and bring some calmness into their week.

Yoga is known to aid concentration and help with the stresses of day to day life. There are many other benefits for their growing minds and developing bodies.

Every Tuesday 4.45pm

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow class, suitable for all levels - beginners and more advanced practitioners.

A combination of movement and breathwork to help you build muscle and strength and bring some calmness into your nervous system.

Wednesday 9.30am and 7.30pm

Thursday 12.15pm

Pregnancy

This class will focus on nurturing you and your growing bump.

It will provide a gentle practice with movement and breathwork, giving you tools and techniques to prepare your body for labour.

It will give you an opportunity to slow down and connect with baby and other mums to be.

Every Wednesday 12.15pm

Private Classes

Whether it’s a 1—2-1, small group or workplace yoga you’re looking for, all are available.
