Vinyasa Flow Class

Our Vinyasa flow classes combine dynamic fun fluid flows, to sculpt and tone every muscle in the body, whilst allowing you to escape from the day and find that little sanctuary you may have been seeking.

Vinyasa means to 'place in a special way' which is facilitated by the connection of movement and breath. A flow class is a great way to engage muscles, mobilise the body, build strength and create more body awareness. But by linking the movement with breath it also enables us to go beyond the physical body and to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system to create a calm body and mind. 

Building a regular practice helps to equip us with tools and techniques, so that we can take our yoga practice with us into our daily routines. Yoga is available for everyone at any time - whether you're a beginner or you already have an established practice.

Yin Class

Yin yoga is very complimentary to Vinyasa flow or other types of yoga. Yin classes are slower paced and supine (twists) or seated postures are held for longer periods of time. By holding postures longer we're able to access the deeper layers of fascia (connective tissue) around our joints and therefore increase our range of movement. 

In Yin yoga there is also breath awareness and with the slower pace we can be more introspective, turning our attention inwards on ourselves. Through this we can find out more about our true self and optimise who we are.

Building a regular practice promotes blissful results for both the body and mind. Yin yoga is available for everyone at any time - whether you're a beginner or you already have an established practice.

Pregnancy class

This class focuses on nurturing mums and their growing bump. A gentle practice with movement and breath work, providing tools to prepare the body for labour.

It will give mummas to be an opportunity to slow down and connect with their baby, as well as other mums to be.

Baby & ME Class

This is a class for mums and babies to enjoy together.

A gentle flow class to help you build strength, in body and mind. There are opportunities to chat to each other and to share your experiences as you navigate your way as a new mum.

The class will be a combination of movement and breath work, giving you some moments of calm and some tools that you can take away with you, to use off the mat.

Blankets will be placed in the middle with sensory toys for babies to enjoy or you can get them to join in, your choice.

Mums welcome from 8 weeks or when signed off by their GP and babies welcome up to 9 months or when crawling.

This class will provide a lovely way to bond with baby and other mums in the local area.
