Join us for the next in our series of Breathe & Brunch events:

For this Breathe & Brunch event Kat Yousefi (founder of Nafas Yoga and yoga teacher) will be joined by Dana Stevens, a life coach who specialises in helping women change their life and careers.

Dana is passionate about helping women build their confidence and self-belief, to create the life that they want and deserve.

Dana will guide you through an interactive session on how to set boundaries in your life, so that, you can start saying NO to others and start saying YES to yourself.

There will be practical tips on how to communicate what you need and how to main the boundaries you create in a way that works for you.

The workshop will be top and tailed with movement and breathwork led by Kat.

We’ll be able to continue the conversations over brunch and a mimosa.
